Let go of your fear and hate to discover what you love. One should not let what they hate, blind them to what they love. Like Jefferson, I love life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness in that order. Though I do hate murder and slavery I do not let it define what I love. Though Life and Liberty are defined by the Constitution in America, the pursuit of happiness is an individual choice.
Some simple things that make me happy;
Happy Mind:
Keeping a sense of humor about most things not involving death.
Discovering the unknown by learning something new each day.
Seeking knowledge through a philosophy of continuous learning.
Providing for and teaching my family without expectations of gratitude.
Creating, designing, and constructing something new.
Calm reason, grace and demeanor when overcoming evil.Happy body:
Keeping the money that I have honestly earned while sharing some with the deserving.
Anytime there is a combined absence of; cold, starvation and killers.
Being a man associated with a good woman, a good gun and a good dog in that order.
Caring for nature and a few of its creatures.
Nurturing and watching a plant grow.
Sharing my happiness and a meal with family and/or friends.Happy spirit:
Communing with God and searching for His wisdom each and every day.
Laughing in the face of adversity.
Earning the respect of my fellow men.
Earning the love of a good woman.
Justifying the loyalty of lifelong friends.
Opposing all forms of slavery as a happy warrior for liberty.
Counting my blessings each and every day.
Observing clouds, rain and rainbows on my hike through life.
Fear and hate has falsely claimed victory and may soon try to rule our nation to destroy what we all love. If the corrupt, who scream fear and hate, are allowed to take your happiness, along with your liberty, it will not be long before they also take your life followed by those of your children and grand children. On this veterans day, every person in America is fighting that ancient war; between love and hate, between fear and happiness, between liberty and slavery. Veterans are living proof that fear and hate has never, and shall never, rule America – unlike any other nation on this Earth. Every patriot who has died to preserve liberty, stands with us today in spirit. And if the proud heart of a patriot beats within your living soul, know today that you are joined by every veteran who has ever lived to create our America – the greatest nation in the history of the world and the promise of the American dream. Let us now join the ancient battle of our founders by making America great again. United we stand together on this veterans day to defeat; subversion, murder, fear and hate. May God Save America!
